Review specifications, materials, measurements, quantities and care guidance. No unstated feature or certification is promised. If stock becomes unavailable, we will offer a refund or an alternative you approve.

Orders and charges
An acknowledgment records receipt; acceptance occurs upon dispatch confirmation unless expressly confirmed earlier. Genuine payment, stock, delivery or fraud concerns may prevent acceptance. Unfulfilled paid orders will be refunded within 5–10 business days after cancellation confirmation.
Prices are in USD. Checkout displays shipping and applicable taxes before payment. Use an authorized payment method; independent bank conversion or international transaction charges may apply.

Changes and fulfillment
Email changes or cancellation requests within 12 hours of purchase and before dispatch. Changes need confirmation; eligible cancellations incur no cancellation fee. Cancellation refunds return to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after confirmation.
Delivery covers the contiguous United States. Processing typically takes 1–3 business days, followed by 7–12 business days in transit. International fulfillment may be used.

After purchase
Eligible returns may be requested within 30 calendar days of delivery. The Return Policy governs condition requirements, return costs and refund timing. Report missing, delayed or incorrect orders so we can investigate. Statutory rights and payment-provider remedies remain available.
